What happened to the picture quality?

 
What happened to the picture quality?
This was so cute of Haylee but I think the blingee maker messed up the pic quality again... unless that's just how my computer views it and everybody else can see the original picture quality... I hope!

You know I see the same thing in some of my blingee's!! Like the photo's I upload from my camera it's so crystal clear but when you make it into a blingee it somethings look dull?? Why I don't know?? But this blingee is Fantastic!!*****
