I did'nt have to uninstall my flash. If you have a chrome book you can block it and let the flash run when you want to make a blingee.

Now everybody is gonna know my secret. Lol I tried to uninstall flash but it would'nt work. So I blocked it instead . When I make a blingee I let the flash run. But I don't update it.
