COSTUME__*

We got asked to do four different types of costumes;
-fire
-space
-fantasy
-recycle

For my fire costume I went to a fabric shop in my own time and bought some material when I designed my fire costume, my idea was to make a tutu fire colours (red/orange/yellow)
And just a plain red vest  with added orange and yellow materials attached to it.

The first thing I done was, to cut the tutu material into rectangle shapes, after I had done this I got a metre if orange ribbon and sowed the tutu material over the ribbon I added layers and layers to make it puff out and make it look big and wild like fire.
Then I bought a vest for £2.00 at a cheap stall and cut it shorter and added orange//yellow material strands on the side of the shoulders of the vest.

Emma Kidd is model material as my costume if fit for a dancer.
I made the tutu adjustable so you can tie it any size you want.
The red vest is quite stretchy too so other sized models could (size8/10)
I wanted to do a fire costume in a dance way as emma could perform a dance in this costume as the material is movable.

Tutu material: netting- can move around, skin can breathe in it.
 
Red vest : cotton- may get hot but still can move around in this material.
