Here is my question.... WHY was an important building like this even WIRED for demolition?????

3 wks prior to 9-11 he opened a new insurance policy on all buildings. After the collapse he should have gotten in the millions of dollars compensation to rebuild. He has not rebuilt and his compensation ended up to be 3 BILLION.
Ask questions.. re-open 9-11. I smell a rat.
