select the pic to load, when it loads u just chose your frame colors (preferably before u load add to goodie bag) select the fill in bucket icon and fill it in. U may have to do various lines within each zone but alot easier then free hand. =) 

color that doesnt touch the border of the pic itself anywhere, ie on this one pink or yellow. You can do as many borders as you like in any size incriments you want, just use different fill in colors for each. Then when u chose to make a blingee, and
