Time was running for the beast. He had once been a very handsome prince, who had a magic spell cast on him by a beautiful enchantress. She came to his castle disguised as an old crippled beggar woman. The selfish prince dismissed her without as much as a dried breadcrumb. Thus the enchantress cast a spell on the selfish prince. If the Beast could not find true love by his 21st birthday and the love had be sealed with a kiss from a fair maiden, otherwise he would have to be a Beast the rest of his life. To make a rather long tale short, he found said fair maiden and just as time was running out. After a horrible sword fight to save his one true love from a fate worse than death, he was now nearly dead from the wounds inflicted on him by his opponent. As fate would have it he was only a few hours away from being 21 years old. The Beast’s, fair maiden a wonderful young women, he called her "Belle" for beautiful, she ran to him and held him in her arms, and kissed him. She realized she truly loved him even though he was an ugly beast on the outside, to her; he was a handsome prince on the inside. She realized she never wanted to be without him, because he had shown her such great love and caring. Therefore his selfless acts had transformed him from a selfish rotten youth in to a loving and caring man. Thus at Belle's kiss the Beast turned back into a very handsome prince. This happened very much to Belle's amazement and happy surprise, and the two lived happily ever after.
