THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: As we make the transition from Summer to Autumn, we are rem...inded that change is important and necessary for growth. Sometimes we get too comfortable and would rather "settle" for our present situation, knowing that it's not where we need to be, rather than having to go through the challenges of change. Change is not always easy, but it is ALWAYS good! When we experience change, only that which needs to be changed is changed. The "core" of who you are is still there and will always be, although a bit more enlightened and wiser! As the leaves on the trees "die" and fall away, so do our old ways of thinking, our old stagnant energies and the limitations in undertstanding the world around us that we had up to this point. We make room for new energies, new growth, new lessons, new experiences and ultimately, a new understanding. Remember that when we expand our understanding of the world around us, it allows us to Love that much more deeply. Realise that in order to fully take advantage of what your life and the Universe has to offer, you MUST be willing every day to accept change!
