I HAVE BREAST CANCER, BREAST DOES NOT HAVE ME (Lori's Poem) Beat me down you did not do, I was getting rid of you. My fight was long the battle hard, for nearly 5 years we were as one but you see it was I who won. Your presence was back, for a final score You tore at my body with pain and more. I must go now, for my job here is done, To fly like an eagle in the skies above. Looking down on all those I love, keeping them in my heart to cherish and hold. My soul goes with me for I have won. God is calling me to come home, where I will watch you from his throne. Remember, you are never alone, For you are forever in my heart keeping you close to me. Until the day we are no longer apart. Oh Hell No! I am not done. You invaded my life, and tried to beat me down. But it was I who won with the Glory Crown.
